Motorcycle Culture Co ships motorcycle parts and accessories across Australia. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping rates, timeframes, and procedures.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Some oversized or specialised items may have delivery limitations depending on location. If shipping is not available to your address, we will contact you.
2. Standard Shipping Rate
We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $25 AUD per order within Australia.
This rate covers typical motorcycle parts and accessories shipped via standard parcel services.
3. Bulky, Heavy, or Oversized Items
Some products (for example: exhaust systems, crash bars, large body panels, wheels, or multi-item orders) may exceed standard courier size or weight limits.

Unless otherwise requested, orders may be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL).
This means parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is present.

You may request signature-required delivery at checkout or by contacting us.
9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on stock location or supplier dispatch.
You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless previously agreed.
