Motorcycle Culture Co ships motorcycle parts and accessories across Australia. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping rates, timeframes, and procedures.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Some oversized or specialised items may have delivery limitations depending on location. If shipping is not available to your address, we will contact you.


2. Standard Shipping Rate

We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $25 AUD per order within Australia.

This rate covers typical motorcycle parts and accessories shipped via standard parcel services.


3. Bulky, Heavy, or Oversized Items

Some products (for example: exhaust systems, crash bars, large body panels, wheels, or multi-item orders) may exceed standard courier size or weight limits.

In these cases:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

  • We will contact you after purchase if required

  • You may approve the additional cost or cancel the order for a full refund

We always aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.


4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing may be longer during:

  • Sales periods

  • New product launches

  • Public holidays

  • Supplier delays


5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–14 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.


6. Carriers

We ship using reputable Australian carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

  • Couriers Please

  • Aramex

  • Other national freight providers

Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.


7. Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


8. Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, orders may be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL).

This means parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is present.

Motorcycle Culture Co is not liable for loss or theft after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

You may request signature-required delivery at checkout or by contacting us.


9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on stock location or supplier dispatch.

You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless previously agreed.


10. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged in transit

  • Marked delivered but not received

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist with carrier investigations where applicable.


11. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable


12. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request.

Additional costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes vary by country.


13. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If additional shipping charges apply to your order and you decline them, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
